This is an example of a talking heads approach to corporate video production. The project was shot at a school in Nottingham, and we had two units operating because we only had one day to shoot the film. One of the units concentrated on filming the interviews, while the other was in charge of filming the cutaways to support those interviews. The highly stylized opening sequence was conceived by the project’s Director, and the advertising creative team. The clients were very concerned that the film may fail, because the children may not be articulate enough. But they were very pleased with the final edited version and felt that the children had done very well indeed.
